Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and public-sector markets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and system demonstrations
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support wider business growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract negotiation and final handover
Technical Consultation & Solution Design
  • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and propose effective BMS solutions
  • Provide technical insight into HVAC controls, energy management systems, and related technologies
  • Review specifications, drawings, and system documentation to support accurate quotations
  • Assist in the development of project scopes, cost estimates, and system designs
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
  • Support clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality service
About You
  • Strong technical background in BMS engineering, HVAC controls, and system integration
  • Knowledge of major BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium N4, and Siemens
