Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and public-sector markets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and system demonstrations
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support wider business growth
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract negotiation and final handover
Technical Consultation & Solution Design
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and propose effective BMS solutions
- Provide technical insight into HVAC controls, energy management systems, and related technologies
- Review specifications, drawings, and system documentation to support accurate quotations

About You
- Strong technical background in BMS engineering, HVAC controls, and system integration
- Knowledge of major BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium N4, and Siemens
- Experience in commissioning, project engineering, or project management within the BMS sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- A proactive, driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a technical sales environment
