Job summary

A technical consulting firm is seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a controls upgrade project in Harwell, Oxfordshire. The role involves migrating and commissioning building management systems (BMS) from IQ3 to IQ5, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with project standards. Strong experience in BMS commissioning and knowledge of Trend systems are required. Working hours are flexible with a contract length of 4 months and a possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Strong background in BMS commissioning, ideally with Trend systems experience.
• Knowledge of IQ3 and IQ5 controllers, configuration tools, and commissioning processes.
• Comfortable working independently on a busy, operational site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commissioning activities for upgrading from IQ3 to IQ5.
• Test and resolve issues during commissioning.
• Complete system checks and validate installed equipment.

Skills

BMS commissioning experience
