Qualifications

• Proven experience building fiat onramps end to end.
• Deep experience designing high-scale payments or fintech platforms.
• Fluency in Rust or Go, or strong experience in TypeScript/Node or Python.
• Expert-level Postgres knowledge with Redis and event stores.
• Strong command of REST/gRPC best practices.
• Experience with queues and exactly-once processing.
• Hands-on experience with key management and security practices.
• Comfortable making decisions in high-ambiguity environments.
