Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
  • Attending site visits and residents' meetings as required.
  • Overseeing budgets, service charge expenditure, and maintenance programmes.
  • Coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of works.
  • Handling leaseholder and client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in residential block management is essential.
  • Strong understanding of service charge budgeting and lease obligations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
