Job summary

A property management firm is seeking a Block Manager in Borehamwood. Responsibilities

  • Preparing annual service charge budgets.
  • Handling insurance claims.
  • Inspecting sites for quality of services and identifying repairs.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
  • Coordinating contractors.
  • Liaising with team members and departments.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Responding to leasehold enquiries efficiently.
  • Attending external meetings as needed.

Strong management and organisational skills

Ideally IRPM qualified
Knowledge of property management principles and procedures
Good soft skills to empathise and understand customers’ needs
Working knowledge of a property management computer system
