  • Lacing cords, attaching headrails, installing components using hand/power tools.
  • Safely using machinery for cutting, riveting, or sewing.
  • Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring they meet standards.
  • Working to meet deadlines and production targets in a factory setting.
  • Keeping tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
  • Consulting with customers and installing finished blinds.
