Job description

Our Insight programmes are designed to give you an inside look into working life at KPMG. You'll learn about our work, diverse teams, and career opportunities.

These programmes are a great way to build experience, develop skills, grow your network, and gain lifelong learning. They offer an insider’s view into one of the world’s leading professional services firms, including our projects, industries, and our positive impact on clients, communities, and people.

Who's it for?

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all colleagues can thrive. Our long-term target is to increase Black Heritage representation at partner level to 5% by 2030. Recognizing potential barriers faced by individuals of Black Heritage, we launched the Black Heritage Talent Insight Programme.

The programme targets students of Black Heritage seeking insight into careers in Audit or Tax, in their penultimate or final year of study, or recent graduates. Black Heritage includes students identifying as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British, or Mixed Black. If this does not apply, please review our alternative online work experience programme.

We support adjustments during recruitment; please indicate any needs in your application and confirm before each stage. For more info, see support for graduates.

Join us in building a fairer future.
