Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join a secondary school science department. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and foster a love of biology and the natural sciences. Beginning September 2025.

Duties
  • Teach Biology across KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of KS5.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that spark curiosity and develop scientific skills.
  • Support students in developing analytical, practical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prepare students for examinations, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the wider science faculty and take part in extracurricular opportunities such as STEM clubs, fieldwork, or trips.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the department.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
