A Lloyd's broker has a new opening for a Binding Authority Claims Technician at their Chelmsford office, following an internal promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality professional service to clients regarding Binding Authority claims issues.
• Liaise with insurers and other interested parties to expedite claims and manage client expectations.
• Handle claims/claims bordereaux and Loss fund files from receipt of notification of loss through to conclusion.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, experience in Binding Authority claims handling and familiarity with ECF.
• Candidates with prior Property and/or Casualty claims experience will also be considered.
