My client, an established RIBA chartered architectural practice with a strong heritage, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their innovative design team. This award‑winning firm has a national presence and specialises in education, healthcare, transport, retail and residential projects.

Essential Requirements
  • Proven track record as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator in architectural practice
  • Advanced expertise in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 collaboration platforms
  • Comprehensive understanding of ISO 19650 standards
  • Strong model quality assurance and clash detection experience
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison
