Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM or information management roles.
• Familiarity with data governance and digital transformation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enforce the BIM Execution Plan.
• Define Level of Information Need and information management.
• Oversee information flow through the CDE.
• Implement BIM standards and manage audits.
• Oversee structured data delivery to the client.
• Ensure project completion in line with digital delivery forecast.
