Job Description

Our client is looking to strengthen their Delivery team with a BIM Coordinator in the water sector, with remote working available.

We look to you to manage the digital modelling for a group of projects, by managing BIM technicians to create models that comply with the project requirements and BIM procedures. You'll collaborate within project teams to produce design and BIM models and ensure the quality and data integrity of intelligent 3D models, by undertaking checks and verifications of the models, to achieve compliance with the BIM standards, procedures, and guidelines.

You'll provide line management, guidance and support to assigned BIM staff. Grow your professional internal and external networks with a multitude of partners that form the @one Alliance. Work to broaden your skills by working collaboratively with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, Environmental & Planning, and Construction Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings to resolve clashes and discrepancies within models, and identify opportunities regarding cost efficiencies, programme, safety, and sustainability.
