Job summary

A recruitment agency in London seeks a Permanent, full-time Coordinator to manage client relationships across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English at a native level and possess business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) with at least 1 year’s office experience. Responsibilities include contract coordination, inventory control, translation, and administrative support. The salary is up to £40k, based on experience, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience living/working in Japan is highly beneficial.
• At least 1 year experience working in an office environment.
• Understanding of Japanese work environment and culture is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate price and contracts with clients across the UK and Europe.
• Draw up estimates, control inventory, and proceed with purchase orders.
• Liaise with clients such as retailers and wholesalers.
• Translate from Japanese to English and vice-versa.
• Perform ad hoc administration duties.
