Qualifications

  • Understanding and experience of basic accounting principles.
  • General administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sort incoming mail & validate OCR outputs.
  • Manage shared mailboxes & resolve queries.
  • Process high volume of invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy of VAT and tax postings.
  • Run manual and automated payments.
  • Manage key suppliers to maximise discounts.
  • Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor open items.
