A multi-award-winning architecture studio in London is seeking an experienced Bids/Proposals Manager to support their marketing and new business efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in bid management and be proficient in Adobe InDesign, contributing to the writing and editing of bid submissions. This role requires a meticulous work ethic and creativity, as you collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality proposals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of bid or proposals management/coordination experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Professional interest in Architecture or the Built Environment is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the client-focused pitching process by contributing to the writing and editing of texts for bid submissions and pitches.
  • Lead content production for PQQs, tenders/RFPs, and interview presentation material.

Overview

Proposals Specialist for inquisitive and imaginative Architect. Centrally located and multi award-winning, this London studio seeks an experienced Bids/Proposals Manager to drive their in-house Marketing & New Business department.

Reporting to the Head of Proposals, the successful candidate will support a busy central team throughout the client-focused pitching process, undertaking a broad range of New Business tasks and contributing to the writing and editing of texts for bid submissions and pitches. Candidates with a meticulous, driven work ethic and a natural creative spirit will thrive in this collaborative role.
