Job Overview

Join us as a Bid Manager in Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS) and play a pivotal role in crafting winning proposals for high-profile clients. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end RFP response process across diverse sectors, collaborating with partners in Cash Management, Cards, and Trade, as well as Relationship Managers and product specialists, to deliver compelling, client‑focused solutions. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain deep exposure to the sales lifecycle, influence strategic client engagement, and showcase your ability to lead complex projects and craft persuasive proposals that drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed understanding of client relationships, their business, sector, and challenges.
  • Attend client meetings wherever possible – before, during, and after the RFP process.
  • Plan, lead, and handle all stages of the RFP cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and shortlist presentations.
  • Produce compelling proposals and pitch documents that contribute directly to business growth and P&L.
  • Drive teamwork by coordinating multiple partners across the bank to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Gather, manage, and analyse client win/loss feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS), including Cash Management, Cards, and Trade.
  • Ability to quickly understand client challenges, translating insights into persuasive written proposals that clearly link our solutions to their needs.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to influence and engage partners.
  • Consistent record in project management, successfully handling multiple complex deals simultaneously.
  • Experience using Qvidian software for RFPs is highly advantageous, though not essential.
