Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Manager to join our growing business development team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle and own the delivery of winning bids. You will be a natural coach who thrives on developing people in the bid process and skills required to deliver bids.
You’ll also play a key role in driving improvements across our bid function including processes, tools, and content – so we get better every time.
The role is highly networked role requiring an ability to manage and motivate a matrix managed team and requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. The role requires excellent organisational, planning, interpersonal and people management skills with strong business acumen and commercial skills. There will be a particular focus on the public sector (e.g. central/local government etc.) and major frameworks such as G-Cloud, DOS, TS, etc.
Skilled in analysing requirements and collaborating with subject matter experts, both technical and non-technical, with experience in writing high-quality copy, tailored to the audience.
