Job description

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with your accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Receive customer enquiries, create solutions, and produce a finished quotation/proposal.
• Liaise with BID Manager to complete tender documents and Statements of Compliance for larger projects.
• Learn to understand tendering processes.
• Good understanding of Visio to create solution drawings.
• Liaise with solution, project, and CPS teams to ensure successful delivery of proposals.
• Work with Salesforce and other IT tools across the company.
• Establish good relationships and credibility with customer’s technical managers.
• Build a technical understanding of Commend solutions.
• Understand group-wide solutions such as CCTV, Access, Building Management & Intruder technologies.
• Build a trusted rapport with other teams.
