Job summary

A leading healthcare recruitment company is looking for a Better Outcome Lead to provide direct support to practitioners within the Help and Protection directorate. This full-time role offers a salary of £41.42 per hour and involves enhancing service quality and consistency through coaching and assessment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work and at least three years of experience working with an English Local Authority.

Qualifications

About the Role: As an improvement manager, you will provide direct, hands-on support to individual practitioners across the Help and Protection and Corporate Parenting directorate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Licenses: Social Work England registered
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualified experience in direct employment with an English Local Authority
