  • Carrying out Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessments virtually and face-to-face.
  • Assessing complex, high priority referrals regarding restrictive care arrangements.
  • Promoting individuals’ rights and welfare in practice.
  • Participating in the BIA duty function and responding to advice requests.
