A specialist SEN school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to help pupils who require structure, consistency, and positive role modelling. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with an interest in behaviour management, psychology, criminology, or youth justice.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work with children and young people displaying challenging behaviour linked to Autism, ADHD, SEMH, trauma, and social‑emotional difficulties, supporting them to re‑engage positively with education.

Key Details:
  • Role: Behaviour Support Worker
  • Location: Reading
  • Salary: £89–£100 per day
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Age Range: 11 to 18 years
