Behavioural Support Assistant

Role Details:

You will be assisting secondary-aged students (11-16) who are experiencing social, emotional, or mental health difficulties. The role involves working one-on-one or with small groups, both within and sometimes outside of the classroom setting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent behavioural support in various settings.
  • Help students build confidence and engage with their learning again.
  • Offer support with academic catch-up as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and well-being.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months experience in a UK school.
