Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

Location: North Somerset
Pay: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour

Protocol Education are looking for a resilient and supportive Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils in KS2 who need help with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.

This role is all about creating stability for pupils who sometimes find school challenging. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to de-escalate situations, provide 1:1 support when needed, and help pupils stay engaged in their learning. It’s a role where patience, empathy, and strong communication make all the difference.
