About the Role

We\'re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our supportive school team. You’ll work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral leaders to support students\' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and learning.

This is an excellent opportunity to build experience for careers in:

Your Role Will Include
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for students with emotional, behavioural or learning needs
  • Assisting in the implementation of behaviour support plans
  • Supporting students with focus, motivation, and emotional regulation
  • Helping create a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment
  • Working collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil progress
What We’re Looking For
  • Psychology degree or currently studying psychology (or related subject)
  • Interest in child development, mental health, or education
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Reliable, patient, and adaptable
  • Experience working with children is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided!
