Behaviour Learning Mentor Whats on Offer:

Behaviour Learning Mentor The Role:

• Provide 1 : 1 small-group and in-class support for pupils struggling with behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Lead restorative conversations to rebuild relationships and return pupils to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to deliver consistent effective interventions.
• Be a visible presence across the school proactively supporting pupils before issues escalates.
