A partnership organization is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager for the Aspire & Alternative College Hub in Leatherhead. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting children with complex behavioral needs, particularly with autism and social emotional difficulties. The role requires leading behavioral management and ensuring a high-quality educational experience.
