An education organisation in Crawley is seeking a Behaviour and Exclusions Manager to manage internal exclusions and deliver a behaviour curriculum. Vision for Education is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and experiencedBehaviour and Exclusions Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to continue inspiring young minds.
The role is to run the internal exclusions of pupils, proactively deliver the behaviour curriculum through interventions, and coordinate work from relevant subject areas, and completing administrative tasks associated with behaviour and exclusions.
Hours: 37 hours worked per week, 7.30am to 2.30pm (though the working pattern may be flexible for the right candidate), term‑time only.
