Qualifications

• Previous experience in a global procurement function within the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of suppliers in the beauty industry is critical for the role.
• Experience at a senior buyer or procurement manager level.
• In-depth experience of procurement processes, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills including to senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external stakeholders to develop procurement strategies.
• Deliver purchasing cost targets and manage total product costs.
• Identify negotiation approaches for suppliers and manage contracts.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure year-on-year performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and risk management.
