Job description: Be Well Coach

Salary: £31,022 (NJC point 17)

Hours: 35 hours per week on a fixed‑term contract until March 2027

Annual leave: 25 days, increasing to 30 days after five years

Base: Zion Centre, 339 Stretford Road, Hulme, M15 4ZY with some remote working

Line manager: Manager/Senior Manager/Team Leader

What you’ll be doing: As a Be Well Coach, you will support people to change their lifestyle, health and wellbeing. Working within the local community, you will work alongside professionals and community partners and be a key link in your neighbourhood. The people you work with will have been assessed as needing high‑level support to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Three or more issues will be preventing them from making changes and many will be struggling to make those changes.
