Research and identify potential employer partners
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team
Clearly explain Tangent’s value to employers
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
Learn and apply modern outbound sales techniques
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Confidence speaking with professionals and decision-makers
Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn
Organised approach to managing leads and follow-ups
Interest in sales, startups, or recruitment
No prior sales experience required, just the right attitude
Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outbound prospecting
Passion for helping people progress in their careers
Clear progression into Senior BDR or Account Executive roles
