In this Role, you'll get to
Responsibilities
  • Partner Acquisition and Renewal: Acquire new partners and manage or renew contracts with attractions and tour operators. Collaborate with the internal Operations team to ensure seamless product onboarding.
  • Key Account Management: Foster strong relationships through regular reporting and meetings. Maintain competitive advantages in product coverage, pricing, inventory etc. Develop and negotiate marketing plans with key partners.
  • Project Development: Identify and implement projects to boost market share growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Additional Tasks: Build and maintain strong relationships with tourist boards, ticketing systems, and main industry players. Leverage joint PR efforts with new acquisition to increase industry reputation. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and pricing to refine sales strategies.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Visionary and highly organized with resilience, a strong track record of logic-based decision-making, and the ability to drive results and sustainable business growth
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in OTAs of Tours & Tickets segment. Strong relationships with top tourism attractions, key tours operators and tourism administrative authorities in East Europe.
  • Adaptable in multicultural and fast-paced environments
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player with a strong service consciousness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
