We're Company of Cooks, and in collaboration with Angela Hartnett, we're opening something truly special on the fifth floor of the Royal Opera House. Picture a vibrant, ingredient-led Italian-inspired menu, a stunning rooftop terrace with sweeping views over Covent Garden Piazza, and an atmosphere of elegance and warmth day to night. We're now looking for skilled, engaging Bartenders to join our opening team and help deliver world-class hospitality behind the bar.
