As a Bartender at ROVI, you’ll be at the heart of the action, crafting inventive cocktails, engaging with guests, and contributing to an exceptional service experience.

The Ideal Bartender at ROVI will:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service, ensuring every guest enjoys expertly crafted drinks
• Demonstrate a passion for mixology, from classic cocktails to creative new creations
• Maintain a well-organised, clean, and inviting bar area
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge of the drinks menu
• Work collaboratively with the bar team and other staff to deliver a seamless service experience
• Stay up to date with the latest cocktail trends, always bringing fresh ideas to the bar
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere by ensuring a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues
