Overview

As a bartender at The Aubrey, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of hospitality and service, engaging with guests, showcasing Japanese cuisine and drink pairings, and working in a fast‑paced environment behind the bar and on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standards of hospitality and service
• Be exposed to Japanese cuisine and food & drink pairings
• Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and deliver a memorable and enchanting experience
• Work behind the bar and serve on the floor in a fast‑paced environment that suits friendly and outgoing personalities

Shift & Requirements

Work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is required.
To be a successful bartender candidate, you will have previous Bar experience in a high‑standard hospitality establishment with in‑depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and sake.
