  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
  • Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
  • Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
  • Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

    This role requires a dynamic individual who brings calm to the chaos and momentum to the lulls, ensuring consistent performance no matter the pace. If you're adaptable, self‑motivated, and ready to tackle whatever the day brings, we want to hear from you.

    Weekly pay. We offer flexible working arrangements, including full or part‑time hours, as well as wherever we can compress or a fixed shift pattern to support your work‑life balance. Hourly rates of pay may differ for under 18s, our night shift roles include a premium of £2ph.

    Please note this role internally is known as Customer Service Assistant.

    Annual bonus scheme is equivalent to work week’s salary based on average hours worked over a defined period.
