A healthcare support services company is seeking a Barista Team Member to join their Chesterfield Royal Hospital location on a part-time basis, working one day a week. The role involves delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Candidates should have a Level 2 food hygiene certificate or be willing to obtain one. This position provides an opportunity to be part of a supportive team in a dynamic environment, with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
DSFS are looking to recruit the right person into the position of Barista Team Member to join our team on a part time basis one day per week, working within Costa @the Royal, located within the main entrance at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
This opportunity will offer a shift one day per week, your working day will be a Wednesday, and will be on a rota pattern between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
Our Retail Teams is the focal point for patients, visitors and staff in the Hospital. We are looking for someone who will thrive in this role and is passionate in delivering service excellence.

Our Pension is a NEST pension. Upon joining you can choose whether to pay 5% or 8% and DSFS will match whichever you choose.
If applicable to your role and contract we will pay enhancements of 40% for any hours worked after 8pm and before 6am on Monday to Friday and for hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
