About the Role

Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury caf s and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds.

We are looking for a Bartender to join our Daylesford Farm team in our award-winning Trough restaurant & Oldspot Cafe.

You’ll ideally have worked in a restaurant or caf setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, as a Barista / Bartender you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental.

Salary: 12.38 per hour plus tronc - Weekly Pay

Hours: 40 hours including weekends

Your Role

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the caf by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.
• Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance.

About You

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment as a caf team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given.
• Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
