• Fully trained to Barista standard with full understanding of brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve food and drinks to brand and safety standards.
• Operate tills, handle cash, and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance in all areas (equipment, dining area, kitchen).
• Support stock control, deliveries, and stock rotation.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks and health & safety checks.
• Work flexibly across Barista and Food Service Assistant duties.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and management.

In this role, you'll help deliver exceptional food and beverage service across a busy site - including preparing drinks and meals, supporting front-of-house service, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in excellent customer service, and can adapt to a variety of tasks across food preparation and retail service.
