Barista role at Haileybury School in Hertford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Barista with a passion for exceptional coffee and providing great service to join our team. Salary: £12.80 per hour. Responsibilities

• Prepare and Serve Beverages and Snacks: Create and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as light snacks, in line with established recipes and customer preferences, working with a team to deliver a fantastic food service.
• Maintain Cleanliness of Service Areas: Keep the coffee station and front-of-house areas clean and organized, including arranging cups, utensils, and other items.
• Follow Food Safety Protocols: Adhere to proper food and drink handling and storage procedures to ensure quality and prevent contamination.
• Inventory Management: Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, and other inventory levels, informing management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any dietary concerns.
• Participate in Training: Engage in training sessions focused on food service, beverage preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards to maintain high service quality.
