About the Role

Join the team at Le Monde Hotel! When recruiting, all we look for is the right attitude to work in our units. The right candidates will have a passion for hospitality and service, be bright and bubbly, and enjoy working as part of a team. All of the technical knowledge we can train as part of your induction period.

Responsibilities

Working Front of House is a challenging role. You need to enjoy a fast paced environment, problem solving and be able to multi-task customer requests, planning and organising and being part of the larger team. However, you will enjoy flexibility at work, a supportive team environment and plenty of development opportunities.

A typical shift includes working across the bar and floor, serving guests, hosting and seating tables, ensuring the atmosphere is just right, engaging with our customers whilst supporting your colleagues. If this sounds like what you'd like to do for work, then this is the right place for you.
