Job description

My client, a West End fund manager, is looking to hire a mid level banking lawyer to support their investments team.

Prerequisites

• 3-5 PQE solicitor, qualified in England & Wales (or comparative experience).
• Banking and finance experience at top US or UK law firm (or comparative experience).
• Ability to take the lead on structuring, negotiating and executing private credit and capital solutions transactions and to have excellent command of standard transaction documents (e.g. NDAs and term sheets) and financing documents (e.g. loan agreements, security documents and subordination agreements).

Preferred

• Debt restructuring, workout or project finance experience.
• Interest or experience in emerging markets.
• In-house experience, within hedge fund, asset manager or similar financial institution.
