Overview

A leading offshore law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate to join its market-leading Banking & Finance practice in Jersey. Working alongside highly regarded partners and colleagues, you will advise global blue-chip clients and intermediaries on a wide range of financing matters while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

Applicants should be qualified lawyers with 2–5 years’ PQE, excellent academics and a strong technical grounding in banking and finance law. You will be commercially driven, possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrate an ability to manage files, support senior counsel and partners, and deliver a highly responsive service to clients. Preference will be given to Jersey or UK qualified associates; however, applications from exceptional Commonwealth-qualified lawyers are also welcomed.

Responsibilities
