  • Benefit from an inclusive, supportive workplace culture that values your expertise, champions flexibility, and empowers you to work exactly when it suits you.

This modern, well-equipped Cardiff practice is seeking a dedicated Bank Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader to join their mission of delivering gold standard care while offering outstanding flexibility. With separate dog and cat kennelling, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, and extensive orthopaedic equipment, the hospital provides everything needed to support excellent clinical outcomes and a smooth workflow.

As part of a team with a wide range of clinical interests and specialisms, the successful vet will enjoy access to a deep pool of knowledge, collaboration, and clinical discussion. Whether you’re refining treatment plans, tackling complex cases, or providing guidance to colleagues, you’ll be supported by passionate professionals who genuinely value shared learning and high standards of care.

The organisation prides itself on creating an inclusive, fair, and positive working environment where every individual is respected, supported, and able to thrive. All decisions are made on merit, and team culture is rooted in kindness, professionalism, and doing the right thing for pets and people.

Because demand varies throughout the year, this is the perfect opportunity for vets seeking true flexibility, whether you prefer occasional shifts, short-term commitments, or ad hoc work that fits around other responsibilities. You choose when you work, while still enjoying a stimulating mix of consulting, diagnostics, and surgical cases.
