Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to provide support to our busy clinical teams. This temporary Bank role is ideal for someone with strong typing skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a full secretarial and administrative service, including typing letters and reports.
  • Managing patient information, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and in the right place at the right time.
  • Updating electronic systems, tracking case notes, and retrieving clinical information when needed.
  • Supporting clinics by handling correspondence and maintaining efficient processes.
  • Working closely with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth, effective services.
  • Handling general office duties such as filing, post, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Confident computer user with strong audio-typing skills (minimum 45 wpm).
  • Someone flexible, cheerful, and able to multitask with changing priorities.
  • Great communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and Trust policies.
  • A team player able to work independently and organise their own workload.
