A healthcare organization in England is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high standard care to patients. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and lead teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety practices. This role emphasizes patient advocacy and effective communication within multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should possess a valid nursing qualification and demonstrate strong infection control practices while working collaboratively for patient wellbeing.
To ensure that an individual programme of care is planned, implemented, and evaluated for each patient within own sphere of responsibility.
To work as part of the multidisciplinary team ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care to the patients.
To act as team leader including taking charge of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager/Deputy Ward Manager.
To participate in all relevant aspects of the Governance process.
The post holder will adhere to the NMC code of Professional Conduct at all times and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
To act as a positive role model at all times.

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital provider in the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), which is a system of health and care partners working together for our local population.
Within Mid and South Essex there are 149 GP practices, operating from over 200 sites, forming 27 Primary Care Networks and one Ambulance Trust. There are also three main community and mental health service providers who work together through a community collaborative.
