Job description

Craft Personalized Care Plans: Collaborate closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to design and implement care plans that are as unique as the individuals we serve. Observe daily interactions and conditions, ensuring all care documentation is precise, legal, and easily understood by the team. Lead with confidence, starting each shift by organizing and guiding your team, ensuring everyone knows their role in delivering top‑notch care. Facilitate seamless transitions, oversee shift handovers, monitor health, perform routine observations, administer medications safely, foster strong relationships, promote independence, act on feedback, champion respect, encourage engagement, prioritize safety, support nutrition, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications
  • You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
  • While care home experience is a plus, you have a passion for improving the lives of our residents.
  • You have a natural ability to connect with residents, families, and colleagues, bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanour to every interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills—clarity, empathy, and respect when speaking with residents, families, and your care team.

Contract

Bank Salary: £21.32 per hour + paid breaks. Shift type: Days & Nights available. Contracted hours: Bank contract. Location: Frinton‑on‑Sea, premium seaside care home with 70 bedrooms.
