Bank Office Facilities Assistant | Spire Patient Support Centre - Seaham | £12.26 per hour

Spire Patient Support Centre Seaham is looking for a Bank Office Facilities Assistant to work alongside the Office Facilities Manager in Seaham (Spectrum Business Park)

Duties included in this role:
  • Stock control
  • Stocking of vending and coffee machines
  • Collecting confidential waste
  • Liaising with suppliers when required
  • Accepting and distributing deliveries
  • Ensure the maintenance of good working relationships, communications and team work in the PSC
  • Assist with administrative tasks where required for example Health & Safety records & DSE reports
  • Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and a methodical approach to workload
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads accordingly
