Job title : ATMP Senior Lead Pharmacist

Band : 8b - could potentially pay higher depending on experience

Operational Hours : Full - time

Working days : Monday- Friday

Working Hours : 09.00 - 5.00pm

Hours per day : 7.5 hours

Expected length of the assignment : 6 Months

Start Date : ASAP

Location : Hammersmith Hospital

Qualifications

Experience required : Haematology or Oncology experience. Expert knowledge and experience of advanced therapies. Demonstrate the ability to appropriately recommend substantiate and communicate therapeutic options for patients. Active experience of using computerised labelling and stock control systems. Comprehensive experience as a clinical pharmacist practitioner; this must include a solid grounding in all aspects of hospital pharmacy practice (medicine information, aseptic services, ward services and dispensing including clinical trials).
