Job Description

- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Act as a point of contact for financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Band 7 Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the public sector.
- Familiarity with public sector financial regulations and standards.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
